Submission Guide 

1. Article Submission: Please submit your article using the form below or send to info@thej.ca. Please make sure the text is ready for review and proofread. If using the form below to submit: the form will not retain formatting (bold, bullets, links, etc) if there is a specific formatting you prefer or that the article requires, we can get that by email later on.
2. No Direct Image Uploads: For web security reasons, we do not allow image uploads. If your article includes images, mention them in the message and we will arrange a secure way to receive them separately. Please note that you must own all rights to any images you provide; images taken from the internet without permission cannot be used.
3. Author Bio and Photo: Include a concise bio of 1-2 sentences that provides relevant background or expertise related to your article. Prepare a clear, professional headshot or author photo to accompany your bio. The photo should be high-quality, with you as the primary subject, and in a format we can easily use (such as .jpg or .png).
4. Ownership and Verification: By submitting your article, you confirm that the content is your original work. We may verify the authenticity and accuracy of the article before publishing. If we cannot confirm the facts or source details, we will be unable to post it.
5. Contact Information & Anonymity: We strongly recommend including your contact information so we can follow up to verify details or request more information. If you prefer to remain anonymous, that’s possible—but please understand that without a way to verify your claims, it may limit our ability to publish your article.
